The filing system includes a separating sheet (10) and at least one transparent pocket (24) with insertion aperture (25) for the identification tag (28). The identification tab is enclosed in such a manner that it cannot fall out of the aperture in the transparent pocket. The separating sheet has a tab (14) projecting over its side edge (32). The tab is fitted by two sides (30) of the clamp on the side (12) of the sheet, and soldered in position. The separating sheet has a lock at the edge, which protrudes into the tab far enough for a part of the insertion aperture to be closed by it to secure the identification tag.
