The holder has in its underside an aperture which can be opened and closed by a cellular wheel lock (5), the wheel wings (8) of which are rigid in a first radial region, and have a second flexible or yielding region (12). The length of the yielding region is compatible with the thickness, size and shape of the largest particles of the friable material. This yielding region can be bent back towards the edge (14) when an extra large particle comes to the aperture and extends into the wheel wing zone. This device ensures that a blockage of the wheel wing or damage to it can be avoided.
