The invention relates to a unitary element for conserving a depilatory composition for "oriental" depilation. The element comprises a fill of composition contained inside a sheet of polypropylene or of a copolymer of propylene and another ethylenically-unsaturated monomer. It enables quantities to be taken for individual treatments without it being necessary to subject that quantity on each occasion to heating and then to cooling. The composition is easy to unstick from the sheet without tearing the sheet. The composition is based on sugar, honey, or some other sugary substance, on fruit juice, preferably lemon juice (or the equivalent), or vinegar, and water. The invention also relates to a method of manufacture.
