Venetian-blind-type sun visor for sloping car window

The visor when folded is accommodated clear of the window on part of the internal upholstery, being extended upwards for use and secured at the window top edge. A cover (11) joins onto the bottom edge (10) of the visor (2), and extends over the greater part of the upholstery (3) between the window and visor. On extension of the latter it is lifted clear of the upholstery for the maximum amount. It can be integral with the visor, and can contain ports for ventilating air. When folded, the visor can be lowered into a mounting (4) formed in the upholstery.
