In a first operating position of the contact element (11), the contact section (17) and the counter contact element (16), with movement play without coupling forces, at least are nearly in contact. In a second operating position of the contact element (11), the contact section (11) and the counter contact element (16) are force locked. The contact element (11) is located movable between the two operating positions in a bearing body (25). In the first operating position at least indirectly is in contact with a spring element (21). The spring element is deformed with the transition of the contract element (11) in to the second operating position. So that the spring back contact section (17) and the counter contact element (16) are pressed together.
