POWDER PAINT, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND METHOD OF PAINTING USING THE PAINT

The present invention provides a powder coating comprising associated particles having an average particle diameter of 3-70 .mu.m, said associated particles containing fine polymer particles having an average particle diameter of 0.01-2 .mu.m. The powder coating of the present invention comprises powder coating particles which have a relatively narrow particle size distribution, which have a relatively small average particle diameter, and which are controlled in shape. Moreover, the powder coating can be produced at a high yield, is greatly superior in fluidity and electrifiability as compared with conventional powder coatings; gives a coating film having excellent luster and sufficient smoothness; and can be applied in a thin film.
