A store is adapted to temporarily store multiple copies of the publication in a face-to-face relationship and support it in an upright orientation. A feeder assembly is adapted to seize and transport store and dispense the publication into a delivery chute. The feeder assembly includes a suction device is located directly in front of the front one suction cup for seizing the copy. A mechanism is actuated by the user to initiate operation of the feeder assembly. An advancement device is adapted to continuously urge the remaining copies of the publication forward in a manner so that each successive front most publication is in relatively the same position that the prior front most publication was in prior to being dispensed. A release valve assembly is associated with the suction cup to cause the suction cup to release the copy to dispense.
