The DC pulses act on the excitation coils (S1,S2,S3). The indicating unit has a miniature generator (G), which with hand operation activates a voltage source, which resets the indicating elements (SZ1,SZ2,SZ3). The indicating elements can be designed as coloured discs. Remote signal relays can serve as electromagnetic indicating elements. The miniature generator (G) gives a voltage depending on the direction of rotation. So that one direction of rotation effects the resetting and the other direction, activates the operating test and sets the indicator.
