The winding arrangement has a supra-conductor (4). At least two layers of windings (L1-L6) of a supra-conductor passing through are laid in a spiral groove of a substrate body (1). The electric connection (R1-R6) between the layers (L1-L6) is arranged in at least one connection groove (K1-K7) running approximately perpendicular to the groove (3) in the substrate body (1). The substrate (1) for use in this arrangement thus has a spiral groove (3) to receive the supra-conductor (4) formed in its cylindrical upper surface. This forms at least two layers (L1-L6) of windings. The connection groove(s) (K1-K6) is provided into which a connection lead (R1-R6) from an end (a) of a first layer (L1) to the start (b) of a second layer (L2).
