Guide system for tube in endotracheal insertion

The tube assembly (1) is adapted for insertion in the trachea of a patient. A non-elastically flexible component enables the tube to be previously curved. A flexibly controllable component enables the point to be pointed at its target. The housing for the grip is movably mounted on the guide system and can be locked so that the guide system can be adapted to the available lengths of tube. A light source can be fitted to the point. The guide system has an interior hollow duct and can be used for inserting thin probes, such as stomach and duodenal probes.
