The panel comprises a thermoplastic honeycombed core with two facing sheet, thermally bonded on opposite sides to close cells of the cors. The cells are filled with gas to greater than atmospheric. The thermoplastic is polyurethan, polyester, polyethylen, polypropylene, kraston rubber, polyvinyl chloride or polyamide. The core has fiber fabric reinforcement.
