PURPOSE:To improve the property of thickening the dot and the characteristics about a pinhole in the titled material by incorporating a compd. capable of converting to a color matter which sensitizes a silver halide particle by exposing, to the titled material having mainly photosensitivity at 300-450nm. CONSTITUTION:The titled material having mainly the photosensitivity at 300-450nm contains the compd. capable of converting to the color matter which sensitizes the silver halide particle by exposing it. Said compd. is the compd. capable of converting to said color matter by image-wisely exposing the photosensitive material for day light, and comprises an org. photochromic compd. capable of coloring by light energy and is exemplified by a compd. shown by formula I or II. Where R1-R6 are each hydrogen atom, etc., X is sulfur atom, etc., R7-R14 are each hydrogen atom, etc., X is oxygen atom, etc. The compounding amount of said compd. is 1X10<-5>-2X10<-2> moles per 1mol. of silver halide. Thus, the property of thickening the dot and the characteristics about the pinhole are improved. |
