METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF VODKA

FIELD: food industry, liqueur-vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka is filtered preliminary on the two-cascade filter equipped with micronage of discharging cascade 30 mcm and the main filtering cascade 6 mcm. The final filtration is carried out on the diaphragm microfilters with negative zeta-potential and micronage 0.45 mcm. Microparticles containing in technological water and components added were retained completely. The use of diaphragm filters at the stage of the final filtration with negative zeta-potential and micronage 0.45 mcm ensures to remove dust-like activated carbon particles (size above 0.2 mcm) completely. Also, method ensures to eliminate the possibility of quartz sand microparticles penetration to vodka. Homogenization of an aqueous-spirituous liquid is improved by flow pressing through the branched capillar-porous structure of microfilter. EFFECT: enhanced quality of vodka.
