<p>The invention relates to a generator circuit for a reference voltage which is variable as a function of temperature, especially for a regulator device for the voltage for charging a battery from an alternator, characterised in that comprises:
- a source (Sf) of voltage which is fixed (UBG) whatever the temperature,
- two bipolar transistors (T12, T13) whose bases are linked together and whose base-emitter junctions have different temperature behaviours, and in which a constant current flows,
- a first resistor (R13) mounted between the emitters of the two transistors and whose voltage at the terminals is representative of the temperature to which the two transistors are exposed,
- a second resistor (R12) mounted between the fixed voltage source and an output for the reference voltage, and in which, in at least one predetermined range of temperatures, a current may flow which is equal to the current supplement induced by an increase of the voltage at the terminals of the said first resistor with respect to a voltage corresponding to a critical temperature.
