PURPOSE:To reduce trouble related to operation such as maintenance, inspection, etc., and to prevent the induction of a mistake on operation by mounting a maintenance diagnostic unit, in which information from a plurality of detecting means, the inspection data of a power device and experience data related to maintenance are input and which diagnoses the values of the remainder of the life and the exchanging periods of the components of each function. CONSTITUTION:The temperature and humidity of a power device are obtained from a temperature and humidity sensor and vibrations from a vibration meter under the state, in which load 14 is supplied with power while exchanging power from AC power supply 10 or a storage battery 15, an abnormal sound is detected by a noise meter, an offensive odor by an odor detector, and heat by a thermo-sensor, a bulge is detected by a position sensor, vibrations by a vibration sensor and an operating time by an hour meter, and these detecting signals are transmitted over a composite abnormal detecting unit 17. Detecting data detected by these detectors, experience data previously stored as databases and data keyed in maintenance, inspection, etc., are diagnosed by a maintenance- diagnostic unit 18 having a decision means, and an operator is informed of the values of the remainder of the life and exchanging periods of parts. |
