PURPOSE:To provide a highly reliable cell by which warping or a crack or the like is not caused when a porous board is worked or a solid electrolyte body is formed on the board. CONSTITUTION:Conductive ZrB2 is dispersively added to stabilizing zirconia, and a conductive porous matrix is manufactured, and NiO-containing slurry is impregnated into the through-hole, and is baked, and an NiO layer is formed, and an anode porous board 1a also serving as an anode electrode is manufactured. The board is reduced in a hydrogen atmosphere, and is formed as an electrode. A groove 8 for a reaction gas passage is formed by electric discharge machining by using electric conductivity of the board, and a cathode electrode 3 is electrostatically jointed to an already formed solid electrolyte body 2, and a unit cell 4 is formed. The formed unit cells 4 are alternately laminated with separator units 7 composed of cathode boards 5 and separators 6, and a solid electrolyte fuel cell is constituted. |
