SECONDARY BATTERY CAPABLE OF GENERATING POWER

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a photoelectronic device which generates power with a solar cell and also has a function of a secondary battery capable of accumulating the power. CONSTITUTION:A secondary battery is structured so that its positive electrode 1 consists of ZrSe2 as stratified semiconductor and negative electrode 2 consists of Li and is made capable of generating electric power, wherein the positive electrode 1 is embodied in PN junction structure. This gives the basis for discussion on the structural or physical theory in fabricating secondary battery with intercalation to other material having a semiconductive nature. Establishment of a PN junction fabricating technique specific to a stratified semiconductor implies a possibility of practical application as a two-dimensional device.
