PURPOSE:To provide a control device capable of being inexpensively produced and capable of controlling an ink pump with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:A first pulse output means 3 outputting the pulse signal proportional to the operation speed of a printing press, an input means 6 inputting the data corresponding to the image line ratio of the supply objective area on the surface of a plate having to receive the supply of ink and a processing means 1 forming the ON/OFF bit row corresponding to the preset number of bits on the basis of the data inputted from the input means 6 are provided. Further, a memory means 2 storing the ON/OFF bit row formed by the first pulse output means 3, a second pulse output means 4 successively reading each bit in the ON/OFF bit row at each time when the pulse signal outputted from the first pulse output means 3 is inputted to output the pulse signal corresponding to the read bit and a motor driver 5 operating a stepping motor according to the pulse signal outputted from the second pulse output means 4 are provided. |
