PURPOSE:To use one oscillator, and to manufacture a driver circuit at low cost by a method wherein a fixed number of pulses from one oscillator are counted, a driving signal is generated, and the same pulses are frequency-divided and employed as the clock pulses of an arithmetic control means. CONSTITUTION:A signal fc from an oscillation circuit is input to a clock frequency-dividing circuit 2 and frequency-divided, and a CPU core 1a is supplied with the frequency-divided signal while the frequency-divided signal is input to a frequency-dividing counter 3 through an inverter IV7. A count number is determined by a control signal from the CPU core 1a in the frequency-dividing counter 3, and an output signal phiUSR corresponding to the count number is output. The signal has frequency of quadruple as large as the driving frequency of an ultrasonic motor 7, and is frequency-divided by a pulse conversion circuit 4 and is output as the pulse signals phi1-phi4 of four phases. An output from one oscillation circuit is shared for driving the CPU core 1a and driving the ultrasonic motor 7, thus manufacturing a circuit, which has simple constitution and cost of which is reduced. |
