PURPOSE:To prevent dross from sticking to the inner surface of a joint ring so as to dispense with the post process for dross removing by executing laser cutting while traveling the belt made of metal, etc., in the inner side of tube which is the base stock of a joint ring. CONSTITUTION:A table 22 and rotating jig 24 are synchronized for movement each other, while actuating the table 22 and rotating jig 24, condensing a lens beam 25 on a lens 26a, further applying gas flow from a gas pipe 27, a tube 20 is irradiated with laser beam. At this irradiating, a belt 31 is run under the machining point on the long tube 20, receiving on the belt the dross 28 generated in spattering liquid at machining, it is coiled on a reel 32 for coiling while the dross is stuck/solidified. The belt 31 is always infinitesimally moved or is subjected to interval control after driven for a fixed time and then stopped for a fixed time, because the dross 28 is received in sequence by a new surface, the belt is not bored. Accordingly, the dross 28 does not pass through a hole of the belt 31 and is not stuck to the inner surface of the long tube 20. |
