CONSTITUTION: This invention relates to a process for preparing a sea-weed based extract with lipolytic activity and consists of rehydrating previously lyophilized sea-weed to the original level of humidity with demineralized water, lixiviating the rehydrated sea-weed in semi-fluid bed, eliminating the macromolecules and particles which are greater in size than 0.22 μm from the extraction juice and concentrating the organic elements by eliminating the minerals.
