PURPOSE:To know the tension working on a variety of cables to be drawn, in succession at a remote plate when drawing a variety of cables to the laying places of a variety of cables so as to lay them. CONSTITUTION:A cable hook 9, which moves along the guide body (drive wire) provided along the laying place of a kind of cable 7, is provided with a cable tension detector 38, which is equipped with a load cell 36 for detecting the tension working on a kind of cable 7 by detecting the force falling on a cable fastener 35 and a transmitter 37 for transmitting the detection signal by the load cell 36, and a receiving antenna 42 connected to a receiver is arranged along the guide body (drive wire).
