PURPOSE:To reduce the amt. of chips and improve the yield of formed parts in the manufacture of multiple unfolded boxes from one sheet even if they are those of a large box. CONSTITUTION:An unfolded box body which is folded into a box 1 is divided into three unfolded box body elements, including one first unfolded box body element 3 constituting four walls 1a, 1f, 1b and 1e which continue in the directions along a pair of opposing walls 1c, 1d, and two second unfolded body elements 4, 4; and overlap widths 6 to 9, 11 to 14 to the first unfolded body element 3 are formed in each of the second unfolded body elements 4, 4 and an overlap width 16 to the other end in the one end of the first unfolded body element 3. The unfolded body elements 3, 4 are taken separately from sheet bodies 18, 19, and even in the case of a large unfolded body 2 can be taken from the sheet bodies 18, 19. |
