PURPOSE:To realize a low-cost manufacture and improve waste disposal properties by a method wherein an inner surface of a recessed cutout is formed in each board part to serve as a surface for receiving an article to be packaged. CONSTITUTION:A band-form corrugated fibreboard is formed by firmly bonding a corrugated plate 8 to a mount 7. A lapped material 4 (a cushioning material) of a plurality of board parts 2A-2K connected and lapped with each other is formed by folding the band-form corrugated fibreboard alternately reversely to each other. In addition, a recessed cutout 5 to be fitted with an article to be packaged is famed in the lapped material 4 by forming a cutout in each of the board parts 2A-2K. One of inner surfaces B of the recessed cutout 5, on which the wave form of the corrugated plate 8 of the corrugated fibreboard is exposed, is used as a surface for receiving an article to be packaged. |
