PURPOSE:To obtain a roller with small fluctuation of diameter of a sponge cell and a small cell diameter and obtain a semi-conductive roller with stable electric resistance. CONSTITUTION:A semi-conductive roller wherein the outer periphery of a core metal 2 is coated with an electrically conductive silicone sponge rubber 3 and in addition, the outer periphery thereof is coated with a resin with a thickness of at least 0.6mm, is provided and 5-30wt.% silicone powder is added to an electrically conductive silicone sponge rubber. Therefore, as the silicone powder is dispersed in the electrically conductive silicone sponge rubber, a uniform cell can be obtd. on the sponge rubber layer and as a result, a roller with excellent semi-conductivity can be obtd. |
