PURPOSE:To enable execution of a closing process unless the number of days of grace is exceeded even after a payment time limit in the case of executing a receipt by an agency by extending the payment time limit by a grace period, considering that the data input day is not after the payment limit, and relieving an inhibiting means for receipt by the agent in the case of detecting the data input day being after the payment limit. CONSTITUTION:A data input date detecting means which detects the date when agency receipt data are inputted is composed of hardware such as a CPU 9, a RAM 10, and an RQM 11, specific software, etc. A payment time limit check means which decides whether or not the current date as the data input date is after the payment time limit of the agency receipt data is formed of hardware such as a CPU 9, a ROM 10, and a RAM 11 and software such as a control program. Once the payment time limit check means decides that the data input date is before the payment time limit, a registration process for agency receipt is performed on the basis of the agency receipt data. |
