<p>PURPOSE:To prevent useless consumption or a battery without the requirement for special attentiveness to users by giving an alarm with voice when a standby state continues for a specified time. CONSTITUTION:A standby detecting part l sends an 'H' level signal to an AND gate 4 when a ring switch 11 is set at a standby position. A picture- recording detecting part 2 sends an 'L' level signal to the AND gate 4 when a picture recording button is set an a picture recording mode. When the standby is set and the picture recording mode is not set, the AND gate 4 sends a setting signal 5 to a timer counter 5. When the picture recording mode is set, the timer counter 5 is reset. When the specified time, e.g. one minute, has elapsed from the setting, the timer counter 5 sends an alarm signal to an alarm output part 7. The alarm output part 7 notifies the fact that the standby state continues to the user with voice so as to execute the suitable operation for preventing the consumption of a battery.</p> |
