PURPOSE:To surely identify the color of a turned-on signal lamp by prevent a vehicle driver from being dazzled by the reflection of horizontal sunlight in the morning and in the evening by forming a reflecting mirror obliquely facing downward to a concave spherical face on the rear of a color lens, and reflecting downward the sunlight made incident on the front face of the color lens through the reflecting mirror. CONSTITUTION:A convex spherical face 2 on the front face of a color lens 1 is provided with its center P on a horizontal optical axis X, and a concave spherical face 3 on the rear face is provided eccentrically to a center T above the horizontal optical axis X. An almost circular light scattering layer 10 formed by mat processing is provided at the position of the convex spherical face 2 corresponding to the front face of a white light source 9, the horizontal sunlight made incident to this position is irregularly reflected, and the transmission to the inside is suppressed.
