PURPOSE:To improve the productivity remarkably by enabling a polyethylene molded product having rigidity and impact strength which are at least equal in the quality to those of the molded product molded at a conventional speed tp be obtained even when high speed molding is carried out in the high speed molding of polyethlene. CONSTITUTION:In high speed inflation molding of polyethylene, melt index is at most 0.05g/10min, FR is at least 90, molecularweight distribution measured by GPC indicates two mountains, and a ratio a/b wherein the minimum value of a root radius between two mountains is (b), and a height of a point on the line of connecting respectively two mountain peaks, corresponding to a value of the molecular weight being the minimum value (b) is (a), is at most 1.5. Then, polyethylene of at most 0.948 density and at least 3.5g melt viscosity measured at 190 deg.C is molded at a high speed of at least 50m/min. |
