<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an immunosuppressive agent which contains an antibody reactive with human nucleolin as an active ingredient, thus is useful for treating immunopathies because it can inhibit cellular rejection with excellent affinity. CONSTITUTION:The object immunosuppressive agent contains, as an active ingredient, an antibody reactive with human nucleolin such as a monoclonal antibody produced by a hybridoma cell line K28 (FERM-BP-4577). It is preferred that the antibody is an F(ab)2 fragment of polyclonal antibody and the dose of the antibody is preferably 10mug to 1,000mg/day/adult.</p> |
