<p>PURPOSE:To provide the mobile object recorder for more exactly recording a mobile object and for recording the places, where the mobile object appears and disappears, and the conditions of appearance and disappearance as well. CONSTITUTION:Entire images inside a monitoring area picked up by a camera 11 are successively stored in an image memory 13. Corresponding to the image data fetched into the image memory 13, a mobile object recognizing part 14 recognizes the mobile object and calculates the position and size of the recognized object object. When the mobile object is recognized, a camera control part 20 drives a turn table 17 based on the calculated position information and drives a zoom lens 16 based on the calculated size information so that the detailed images of the mobile object can be picked up by a camera 15 and successively stored in the image memory 13. When the mobile object disappears, the images are read from the image memory 13 in the order of the entire images at the time of mobile object appearance, the detailed images of the mobile object and the entire images at the time of mobile object disappearance, transferred to an image recording and reproducing part 21 and successively recorded in a magneto-optical disk device 15.</p> |
