PURPOSE:To simplify an upper mount part so as to reduce the cost by forming of a steering bracket connected to a base plate via an elastic member and integrally arranging an elastic member holding part, which holds the elastic member, on the base plate. CONSTITUTION:On a base plate 21, a plane seal plate part, 22 closing a space 19 inside an upper casing 2 on the front side and an elastic member holding part, 23, which projects upward from the seal plate part, 22 and is connected to the rear end part, of a steering bracket 13, are integrally formed. The seal plate 22 is formed into a triangle employing the outboard motor rear side as a bottom side, and screw holes are bored in the vicinity of the front part, the left vertex, and the right vertex, and then, mounting bolts 24 are put through the screw holes to be screwed to the upper casing 2, so that the base plate 21 is fixed in the upper casing 2. In this way, a structure of the upper mount part, 10 can be simplified. |
