<p>PURPOSE:To effectively control thicknesses of layers in a lateral direction of a multilayer film by mounting a layer thickness regulating implement for arbitrarily controlling lateral thicknesses of respective film layers and forming cutout on the polymer flow side of the implement. CONSTITUTION:Melted resins A, B are fed from two extruders EX1, EX2 to pipes A21, B22 of a polymer supply member 15 via supply tubes 14a, 14b. Then, lateral flows are regulated by layer thickness regulating implements 23, 24 and combined via a combining unit 28, and introduced into a single layer die 29. The combined polymer developed in a lateral direction by the die 29 is extruded as a multilayer film (a two-layer film). The single layer die may be a T die or a side feeding die. The polymer flow is regulated by the implements 23, 24 having cutouts partly at the member, and shapes of the implements are so regulated as to be a flow adapted for dies of various shapes, thereby controlling lateral thicknesses of the layers of the multilayer film.</p> |
