PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic bag or the like obtained by providing a business tool such as a portable means and a moving means with a personal computer function by displaying information on a bag having 1st and 2nd opening/ closing parts in accordance with a video signal supplied from the external, coding input information from an operation part and outputting the coded information. CONSTITUTION:This electric bag has an appearance obtained by fixing a grip to one face of a rectangular parallelopiped having 1st and 2nd opening/closing parts 12A, 13A. Two continuous side faces including the face to which the grip is fixed are opened to the side face direction like a pair of folding doors and a display 12 for displaying information in accordance with a video signal supplied from the external and an input terminal for the video signal are arranged on the 1st opening/closing part 12A. A keyboard 13 for coding input information from the operation part and outputting the coded information and an output terminal 15 for the coded input information are arranged on the 2nd opening/closing part 13A. When the electronic bag is opened and connected to a computer body 17 and a battery 11, the bag can be utilized as a personal computer.
