The system is realized by restoring a telephone line automatically to inform various housing information to a notice destination when it is required to inform the various house information to the notice destination and even when a permanent call causes the telephone line to be in a high and dry state. The system comprises: a telephone(2) capable of communication with a different telephone through the telephone line; an information notice circuit(11) converting the various housing information to a housing information signal and informing it to the notice destination through the telephone line; a switching means switching the telephone line from the telephone to the information notice circuit(11); a line voltage detection circuit(17) detecting whether the telephone line is in the high and dry state; a controller(18) outputting a control signal if a house information communication is necessary in the detection; and a line restoring means(15) restoring the telephone line for a desired time by the control signal.
