The device for variably controlling the boiler fan and the gas valve against the reverse flow induced from the outside, comprises the reverse-flow detecting guide housing(33) fixed at the inner case combined with the outlet of the fan housing(22); the reverse-flow detecting plate(38) having a guide tube(39) for detecting the reverse flow by linear motion; a turning bar(45) turned by the linear motion of the plate(38); a surpport frame(42) for supporting the turning bar(45) connected with an elastic body(43); and a slide volume switch(29) and a micro switch(32) for controlling the RPM of the fan and the gas flow by the strength of the reverse flow.
