The system is based on tearing a zone 3 previously delimited by a weakening line 2 or by means of a pair of opposing angular cuts, tearing taking place by means of pulling on a flap 4 which is fastened by means of adhesive to the lateral surface of the actual container or bag 1, covering said zone 3 and a perimeter part thereof, so that pulling on said flap 4 gives rise to the tearing and corresponding detachment of the zone 3, the material of the latter remaining fixed to the adhesive- coated face of the flap 4 whilst on the surface of the bag 1 an opening or window 7 will be made via which it is possible totally or partially to remove the product contained therein, said opening 7 being equipped so that it can re-close as many times as desired by means of the superposition and corresponding fastening of the flap 4 over the surface of the bag 1. <IMAGE>
