The invention relates to a device making it possible to actuate one or more electrical elements (D), such as cylinder actuators, for opening or closing any frame moved by hinges. This device includes a control and relay box (A) connected directly to the 220-volt domestic mains via a plug (1). An ambient thermostat (B), placed in a room where the elements to be opened are located, and a hygrostat (C) (moisture detector), fixed to the roof at a clear location, allow opening and closing control. At a given temperature, the moving frames open, but if it should rain, closure is instantaneous - priority given to moisture. If the temperature is below the set point, the frames are closed. This device according to the invention is of interest in any field where the functions of opening or closing of opening frames have to be carried out for the sake of comfort or by necessity. <IMAGE> |
