<p>Belt having transverse rigidity, composed of two layers providing transverse rigidity which are arranged close to the top and the bottom of the belt. A layer providing longitudinal strength is arranged between said layers. In order to be able to guide a belt of this type having transverse rigidity over drums of relatively small diameter without cracking in the long term, it is proposed that at least the uppermost layer having transverse rigidity be composed of two sub-layers some distance apart.</p> |
