The gauge is for determining foot and/or leg positions of a disabled person or someone with load supporting problems with the aim of designing orthopaedic foot ware or prostheses. It comprises at least two support plates (5,6) for the feet of a person which are arranged in a plate formed frame (1). The support plates are adjustable by linear drives each consisting of a piston-cylinder unit, pref. having a hydraulic cylinder (7).
