The rotary pump has a movable wall (19) with a plane which is inclined at a certain angle relative to the plane (20) of the pump chamber e.g. at approx. 30 deg. The first plane cuts across the second one approx. centrally. The channels (9,10) open into the pump chamber on approx. the same radial line on the inner chamber wall. Pump chamber and pressure chamber (11) have a common housing consisting of two connectable sections (21,22). The joint plane between the two is formed by the inclined planes of moveable wall and pump chamber.
