Measuring system for determn. of rotational behaviour of rotating body

The measurement system includes a rotation signal generator (1) with teeth (2,3,4) and several magnetic field sensors (5.1-5.9). The sensors reacts to the magnetic field alterations, produced by the relative movement of the generator, to deliver an electric alternating signal. The sensors are arranged linearly one behind the other, arranged equally spaced pref. close together one behind the other in the rotational direction of the signal transmitter. Their signals are supplied to an evaluation circuit (8), across respective separate preamplifiers (6), and the signals are compared according to a specified schedule to form an overall signal (SAus) reproducing the rotational movement.
