<p>A telephone directory (11) which allows a user to determine geographic location. The directory includes a geographic map (16) of the area served by the directory. The map has a grid (17) superimposed thereon with regions (18) labeled. The listing of names (13) and telephone numbers (15) in the directory also includes the symbols (19) such that a user can cross reference the symbols in the listing with the symbols on the grid (17) to determine approximate location.</p> |
