HF switching diode control circuit

A circuit arrangement for controlling a h.f. switching diode (16) includes a diode (18) which is arranged electrically anti-parallel to the h.f. switching diode (16), and as a result a control signal can be generated, for switching on the h.f. switching diode (16) from a h.f. current to be switched by the h.f. diode (16). In order to apply a blocking voltage, higher than the forward voltage of the anti-parallel diode, to the h.f. switching diode, a capacitive element (20) is connected in series with the diode (18) and is shunted by a switching transistor (22) controlled via a control input (24).
