The motor servo control circuit includes a controller generating a count control signal and memory control signal using a reference control signal, a count data generator enabled by the count control signal to count the clocks counted during the period of a motor driving signal, a memory receiving the count data to store current data, simultaneously, to store data being stored as previous data, a discriminating device receiving the current data to detect the range of speed, outputting a second logic signal when the speed range is not normal but outputting a first logic signal when the range is normal, a first output data output receiving the output of the discriminating device, outputting the count data as a first output data when it is the first logic signal, and selectively outputting the first output data when it is the second logic signal, a second output data output receiving the current data and previous data, receiving the output of the discriminating device to output the current data as a second output data when it is the first logic signal, and to output the previous data as the second output data when the second logic signal, and D/A converter receiving the first and second output data, determining if there is linear region using the first output data, determining the voltage value according to the second output data and outputting the determined voltage value as an analog motor driving voltage.
