LIPOSOME PREPARATION

摘要

A liposome preparation comprising a water-soluble 2'deoxy-2'-methylidenecytidine compound encapsulated therein and a compound which positively charges the surface of lipid membrane. This liposome preparation is not only expect d to decrease toxicity to myeloid tissue, which is caused by a water-soluble 2'-deoxycytidine compound having anti-malignant tumor activity, but also expected to accumulate the active ingredient in tumor tissues by virtue of an improved residence thereof in blood. Therefore, the preparation can maintain or enhance anti-tumor effects without causing side effects, and is useful for the treatment of malignant tumors.
