The present invention provides a tube and cable restraint (1) comprising: an attachment strip (16) of flexible material having on its underside a coating of adhesive (18) suitable for adhering to a surface (68); a holding strip (22) of flexible material having a fixed end (65, 82), a repositionable end (96) and a bridging section (60) between the fixed end (65, 82) and the repositionable end (96) comprising a bridging strip (60); an adhesive layer (12) between the bottom surface of said holding strip (22) and the top surface of said attachment strip (16) at least at each end of said restraint (1); and a finger tab (13). The present invention also provides surgical drapes (200) and gowns with tube and cable restraints (202) attached thereto.
