Device consists of continual vessel, divided with longitude compartment (9) on two spaces (11, 12) in first space (11) is located the scanning electrode (1) for scanning of upper level. Vessel is connected with letting out pipe (13) which is equipped with closing (14) with external atmosphere, meanwhile in second space (12) which is connected with aqueous and steam space of boiler (6) are located the electrodes (2, 3) for scanning of lower and the lowest crash level of water in boiler.
