The plate (1) is mfd. of possibly fibre-reinforced plastic in a rectangular shape with double-bent metallic connection tabs screwed to its back and to a support such as the rear wall of the cabinet. The busbars (9) extend along the plate between upper and lower insulating layers (11), the upper one of which is broken at each site (10) for a conductor connection by means of a threaded bolt (12) with a disc-shaped head (12'). The edge (10') of the site is raised to make good contact with the tab which is to be bolted there.
