PURPOSE:To permit coating of the inside surface of steel shapes without having uncoated parts by disposing a nozzle and dashing member into the recess of the shapes and moving the shapes in the longitudinal direction thereof along the ejection direction of the paint from the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:The dash member 14 is supported in the position where said member faces the nozzle 13. The paint is ejected from the nozzle 12 to collide against the member 14 so that the paint is sprayed in the pattern having the component perpendicular to the ejection directing of the paint from the nozzle 12. The nozzle 12 and the member 14 are disposed in the recess of the shapes 16 and the shapes 16 are moved in the longitudinal thereof along the ejection direction of the paint from the nozzle 12 with respect to the nozzle 12 and the member 14. As a result, the shapes are coated in the injection pattern of a wide angle in the sectional direction of the shapes and, therefore, the uncoated parts on the inside surface of the shapes are eliminated and the quick painting is permitted. Since one spray gun is used, the control thereof is facilitated and the over spray is decreased. |
